the authority detailed.

The area affected by this illegal activity includes vital desert scrub vegetation, which is crucial for the local ecosystem. Species such as pitaya agria (Stenocereus gummosus), palo adán (Fouquieria diguetti), mezquite (Prosopis glandulosa), garambullo (Myrtillocactus geometrizans), and various types of biznagas (Ferocactus) were among those impacted. The clearing also involved the construction of a concrete slab measuring approximately 450 square meters.
