INSUDE is concentrating the best athletes from Baja California Sur to prepare for the regional stage of the 2026 National Olympics. With high-intensity training and specialized follow-up, the state aims to optimize the performance of its teams and ensure a historic medal haul.

A delegation of 15 cyclists from Los Cabos represents Baja California Sur in a national-level event. This group, forming the base of the state team, aims to score key ranking points and demonstrate the high competitive level developed in the municipality during 2026.

The traditional "Maja El Grande" shore fishing tournament returns to the municipality of La Paz, hosted in Todos Santos on November 16th and 17th. The event, organized by "Pesca de Orilla BCS" and supported by Municipal Tourism, promotes the sport and economic benefits in the "Pueblo Mágico," attracting local and foreign competitors.

The "Bomberotón 2025" charity golf tournament, held at the Solmar course in Cabo San Lucas, was a complete success. The event, featuring 72 players, raised over 500,000 pesos, which will be allocated for the equipment and operation of the Cabo San Lucas Fire Department.

SCORE International has officially announced that Los Cabos will host the start and finish of the Baja 1000 off-road race in November 2026, an event that promises a multi-million dollar economic impact for the destination.
