The Municipal Government of La Paz, led by Acting Mayor Amor Fenech Montaño, officially announced the opening of applications for the 2026 Sports Scholarships and Financial Incentives. The program features a total fund of 5.25 million pesos.

This financial initiative aims to reward the dedication and performance of local competitors across the various stages of the CONADE 2026 National Games.

Breakdown of Financial Grants

Managed by the Municipal Sports Directorate, the project expands its reach this year to support a total of 300 beneficiaries, exceeding figures from previous periods.

The funding allocation is structured as follows:

• 250 Sports Scholarships: Assigned to local athletes, providing 15,000 pesos per recipient.

  
  

• 50 Financial Incentives: Allocated to athletic coaches, granting 30,000 pesos each.

Registration Process and Key Deadlines

Interested athletes and coaches must complete an online pre-registration form through the city's designated portal by August 5.

Following pre-registration, physical documents must be delivered to the Municipal Sports Directorate offices at the "El Piojillo" Sports Center before August 6 at 3:00 PM. Grants are scheduled to be disbursed before the end of August.
