The director general of the Sudcalifornian Institute of Sports (INSUDE), Noé Fiol Verduzco, praised the outstanding performance of Guillermo Eduardo Jacinto Garduño, who, in his first appearance at this national event, reached the top of the podium. His victory is a testament to the hard work and dedication that athletes in adapted sports exhibit.
