In a significant move to bolster the capabilities of its workforce, the Government of Baja California Sur has awarded 11 scholarships to public servants, enabling them to pursue higher education degrees. Jorge Humberto Bautista Rodríguez, the Undersecretary of Administration, announced that the scholarships will cover 100% of the tuition fees for the recipients. Among the beneficiaries, four individuals will pursue a bachelor's degree, four will undertake a master's program, and three will embark on doctoral studies. This diverse range of educational opportunities reflects the government's commitment to fostering a well-rounded and knowledgeable public service.

"With the continuity of this agreement, opportunities for professional development for the personnel of the State Public Administration are maintained,"

Bautista Rodríguez stated during the scholarship presentation ceremony held at the La Paz Convention Center.
