During the session, representatives from key organizations, including the State Institute for Adult Education of Baja California Sur (IEEA), the National Institute for Older Adults (INAPAM), and the State Commission for Human Rights of Baja California Sur (CEDHBCS), presented their programs aimed at supporting these vulnerable groups.
