The Los Cabos government is actively supporting the upcoming boxing event titled “Duelo de Titanes,” scheduled for Saturday, August 15, at the Cabo San Lucas Auditorium. This initiative aims to ensure the logistics and security measures are in place for a successful event. The meeting to discuss these plans was held between Karina de la O Uribe, the delegate of Cabo San Lucas, and Antonio Avilés Pandor, the municipal director of government.

During the meeting, Karina de la O Uribe emphasized the significance of backing and promoting such sporting events. She stated,

"Supporting local talent not only showcases our athletes but also creates opportunities for families to come together and enjoy entertainment."

Event Details and Local Participation

The “Duelo de Titanes” will feature an exciting lineup of six professional fights and two amateur bouts, showcasing pugilists from the local area as well as fighters from various parts of the country. Roger Peralta from RP Promotions, the event organizer, shared insights into the matches and the fighters involved, highlighting the event's role in fostering local talent.
